I booked 7 bikes in the month of June and deposited 8000 as a security deposit. at that time they said I was going to be refunded after 15 days but they never did ill this time (after a month). I kept on calling them and kept on hold and not reverting back. they gave some days and that day they did not reply...

Rana Cabs — Security deposit refund and fast tag charging

I booked rana cabs rental car while visiting india for a month. I did return the car as per agreement on Jul 24th 2023 but have been waiting for refund till today. Their policy says you will get security deposit refund after 15-20 days but it has been a nightmare following up with them for same.

Even I have to pay double toll tax as their fast tag stops working....

I booked an Urban Cruiser Automatic on Rent from Rana Cabs Chandigarh from 07th July to 16th July 2023. I was asked for a security deposit of INR 5000 at the time of booking which is refundable after 15 days of returning the car. I obliged and paid them the security deposit.
