I booked 7 bikes in the month of June and deposited 8000 as a security deposit. at that time they said I was going to be refunded after 15 days but they never did ill this time (after a month). I kept on calling them and kept on hold and not reverting back. they gave some days and that day they did not reply...

I booked rana cabs rental car while visiting india for a month. I did return the car as per agreement on Jul 24th 2023 but have been waiting for refund till today. Their policy says you will get security deposit refund after 15-20 days but it has been a nightmare following up with them for same.

Even I have to pay double toll tax as their fast tag stops working....

They are not giving my security back, I have called many times but they are kept on giving me other phone numbers. It been over 1 and half month that i am chasing them...

We (Navroz Balsara, Cheri Jacob, Amit Bhandari and Ruturaj Potnis) have rented 4 bikes from Rana Cabs from 15-19th November 2022. They took a security deposit of Rs.8000 (Rs.2000 per bike) and assured us that the same will be refunded after 15 days from the date of returning the bikes.

We have been following up for our refund since the first week of December and get the same response everyday - your refund will be processed,...

I Booko a bike from them on 11 August 2022 for which we deposited the security amount of 5000 that we are supposed to get back after 15 days i.e. 30th August 2022 after verification police challan.

I returned the car booked by the name of Anil Kumar on 12th June 2022 and today is 20th July 2022 and I haven't received my refund of Rs. 10, 000 back. This was the 1st and the last mistake I made that I took an Activa on rent from Rana Cabs Pvt Ltd. They are running an organized scam behind this business. 1st they will ask you to deposit the security amount for the vehicle saying its needed for traffic police challan and it will be returned in 15 days. Then when you will return their vehicle they will not pick your call and even if they pick they will always say that they will send deposit...

Please DO NOT BOOK anything from here if you don't want to go through any mental harassment.

Please avoid taking any vehicles from Rana cabs. Joginder is a fraud guy. We took a RE for rent and had paid 10K deposit for the same. After the trip he did not return the deposit for 2 months. He had always kept giving excuses and even showed a fake deposit text from the bank that he has already deposited.
