Rana Motors — car returned without air blow inside the car & no car wash at all on 2nd free service. | |
Today i gave my Ertiga HR 55 AB 0629 for 2nd free service to the Sector 17-18 service center in Gurgaon. The car is picked by the Service center Driver on my request at around 12:00 Noon. Later at around 16:00 hrs i got a call from the deputed driver to take the deliver at my place. But i am really in a mode to shock, "BECAUSE THE DUST PARTICLES ARE AS ITS IN THE CAR, WHICH IS AT THE TIME OF PICKING UP OF THE CAR AND ONCE I OPEN THE CAR BONNET, HERE AGAIN THE DUST IS SITTING ALL OVER THE ENGINE" After that i had a talk with the service supervisor, to which he said that he will again pick up my car tomorrow and get is cleaned/washed properly. Also the CNG expenses to be bear by him. So just want to ask that which type of service is RANA MOTORS wants to deliver??? This is really disgusting & not at all expected from a reputed Brand... On top of that the invoice given to me is not of my car instead it belongs to some Amit Khetrapal and his car make is "VITARA BREEZA". I think the Whole Staff in this service center is either "DUMB" or the word "NEGLIGENT" is far shorter for the performance of this team. Dont able to understand why the people are so careless to their jobs, everyone wants to earn more, but without any efforts, without any performance????
