Ranchi Traffic Police — Echallan made at Ranchi but I am not gone Ranchi with my vehicle

Hi, Ranchi traffic police made a echallan at chutia Ranchi but that day I am not at Ranchi I am from giridih and that day i am at my home place and my vehicle is also with me.
please look into this..
I have wrong parking echallan 150 rs received yesterday though post ..
