I was facing issues in identification of route through Googlemap and I came across a one way sign at Patel chowk. I called out for the traffic police person on duty to ask for alternate route. Instead of helping me out, he forcefully cut a challan for driving in prohibited zone....

On 29 march 2022 while working in office i receive a message from ranchi traffic police that i have been challaned for wrong parking on morabadi ranchi but i am working in different state and my car is with me for over a year and when i download the challan i can see that the challan issued
to vehicle is auto and i have a baleno car. This is a serious issue that how same vehicle number can be issued to 2 different type of vehicle....

At kokar near mandir, traffic police challan on me. he opened helmet and took photo. Police officer even not disclose his name and he gave me threatening to capture my bike. He trouble me. Due to my banking job I am not able to waist my time there.
Please check cc camera and show me also to maintain believe in system.

When I am crossing jail chowk in Ranchi traffic policemen stopped me asking for papers I have all the documents but the pollution certificate was not updated that's why they said your fine is going to be a hefty amount of Rs. 3000, I replied to him if this is the fine for not having the pollution certificate updated you can issue a challan I will pay at the police station and his face got surprised then he replied then why are you standing here you challan will be sent on your mobile, he even didn't give me the challan and not even said what are the charges he's charging as a fine, I think his intention is to grab somehow some money from me, but didn't succeded becoz I said I will pay in the police station and he charged an extra amount of Rs. 500 . Thats how traffic police works in ranchi without any work ethics and trying to pull money out of people due to festival of dusshera is coming. Thats all

Traffic police Jaiwant barla 3741 forcefully asked me to down my face mask and foecefully taken of my pic and imposed wrong penalty of rs 500/-

However when I aksed why penalty imposed as I have all documents up to date along with DL then why penalty then he treated me very badly

I, Rakesh Kumar Rastogi(DL Number: JH[protected] was on the way from Upper Baazar to Harmu, on Gari Khana Chowk(Date:27/08/2021, Time: Near 6:15 PM) I turned left (because left turn is permitted as traffic rules) when a traffic policeman stopped me stating that left turn is punishable without permission in Ranchi district area and you will be fined. In this way, traffic policemen are harassing the road riders.
Please inform me whether my said complaint is valid according to the traffic rules or not.
Kindly look into my complaint and take necessary actions.

Hi, Ranchi traffic police made a echallan at chutia Ranchi but that day I am not at Ranchi I am from giridih and that day i am at my home place and my vehicle is also with me.

Sir, I went to Ranchi for searching a job and didn't get it . I had my number plate little damaged so the challan sent by you is just too for me to pay. It is 5150/- . Please do something so that I can pay some minimal amount because it's too difficult to pay this much money in this lockdown where earnings of me and my father is zero.

It's so much good to hear that govt. Took a nice initiative to prevent road accidents by rising penalty amount about 10 times but if a person belongs to the poor family who has BPL card and his parents aren't alive to run the house, how can he / she pay amount like 5000 or more .
This case is totally relevant to me I am a very poor student still studying for better tomorrow but I got fined 6000 because I have learning license not an effective DL . And my income is not even 5000 monthly ..then how can I pay this huge amount . It's not good ... Because of this humiliating penalty amount I'm sleepless and helpless .

अतः श्रीमान से निवेदन है कि इस नंबर के चालान को सुधारने की कृपा किया जाए ताकि हम जैसे निर्दोष लोगों को परेशानी न झेलनी पडे।

Today in the evening i.e 2nd Oct'19 at 7:50pm, i had parked my car in the parking space at Spring city mall, Hinoo, Ranchi.To my dismay i was charged Rs.40 by the parking guy.The parking rate decided by Govt to be charged, which was published in newspaper today(2nd Oct'19) is Rs.20.
Ground reality is totally different.Hope the concerned administration takes quick n corrective action.

The lane opposite icici bank, main road branch is completely stuck and there is no movement of cars through out the day due to the bad parking of the 2 wheelers and big pickup trucks due to which there is no movement of traffic in the road creating problem for the people living.
Many of the motor vehicles park infront of the gate of the residents and repeatedly even after request for not parking.

The local autos and few private vehicles are producing immense pollution which is creating problem for old ages and asthma patients and also destroying the beautiful weather of ranchi. Sometime they produce so much somke that it becomes impossible to pass through the road. Day by day it is increasing. Many people start suffering from breatheing problem.

So i request you to kindly look into the matter by taking strict action against them before the environment of the city gets destroyed.

My self rajesh kumar and i have wrongly charged by chutia traffic police officer ranchi. They alleged me that i have disobey the traffic rule and enter in one way zone but sir i would like to say that i am new in this city and i don't know the complete route and before going this zone i already asked the traffic police who is on duty there that can i go through this and he says ok then i proceed but after that when i moved the other traffice police stops me and say that show me your documents you are in wrong zone.
Sir i have expalin all the things to that police officer and he says that don, t worry you just only show me your complete documents and you cabut after that they fined rs600 on me when i asked that why you finesd this charge he told me that you have to pay this any manner.

Sir i request you to plz check the video footage around 10 to 11 am on 22.05.2019 how he shows his police power to me sir please take some strict action this type of police person so that the dignity of the police force remains proudable and waived off this challan as i have no fault there.

Today i have been charged for entry in one side road near sarjana chowk while entering to purulia chowk... Whereas the traffic lights of sarjana chowk indicating left/ right/ straight are unserviceable, also i could not find any one way direction indicating board. The matter when i reported to the duty lady si miss/ mrs jha she told me that this is not my duty.
Sir my point is that before being strict towards cutting challan you must be perfect towards the road/ traffic signals. I think it's duty of the duty officer to report the deficiencies. The person who is new to the city area they are not aware of the one way etc restrictions. Being an air force personnel i have submitted the fine charged by the duty officer, but i think it's unfair to pay becoz of the inefficient administration for providing infrastructure.

The situation of roads in ranchi, upper bazaar is very sad. Most roads are encroached with motorcycles and street hawkers, making the road so narrow that it is impossible to navigate or drive a car on these roads. It adds to frustration of the public and traffic jams. The traffic police shrugs of the responsibility and does not take any initiative to improve the condition.

I urge the ranchi traffic police to take some meaningful step and do their duty!

Today's morning one autodriver charged me almost double the regular fair (Max 15 to 20 ruppes) from railway station to jail more, he charged me 30 and he also abused badly the other person. I've to leave the auto bcz of his bad words and behavior issue. The auto was overloaded too and i was given the very exposed seat facing outside.

My challan no is 6ILJ14DJFA. I am Penalised with an amount of 1100 under 128/77, 181, 179 (1) or (2) on the date of[protected] at 5:26 and I am not gone on that side on that day I havent remember if I will be there but aftter 6:30 then how is it possible to cleame against me at 5:26. My office timing is 9:30 to 6:30 and it is impossible to I am there on 5:26PM. This was not correct, and traffic police having taken pics of only wheels and send a Inland letter to my home, If it is possible then I will be pay full amount but how if I am not there then how and why I will be pay the amount

I am arwind kumar verma and i am fined with an amount of rs 500 against section 179 (1) or (2) at rims chowk, bariatu road. Challanno - f4ur4zpfyx and vehicle registration no - jh02aw8081 dated 11/27/2018 10:35:24 am.
This is my first offence and i have already told my information as well as shown my all related document inspite of they added section 179 (1) or (2). Which act is stand for hiding information.
My fault is only bike no. Is not written in no. Plate but they didn't make challan related to this act.
They were asking for rs 5000 challan for not printing the no. On no. Plate they convince to pay only 2500 as a bribe and go.
Lastly they make challan of 500 and take 500 as a bribe.
What is the condition of ranchi traffic police...?
I don't remember traffic police name but concerned traffic police details can be fetched from attached pic or challan datails.
