It's so much good to hear that govt. Took a nice initiative to prevent road accidents by rising penalty amount about 10 times but if a person belongs to the poor family who has BPL card and his parents aren't alive to run the house, how can he / she pay amount like 5000 or more . This case is totally relevant to me I am a very poor student still studying for better tomorrow but I got fined 6000 because I have learning license not an effective DL . And my income is not even 5000 monthly ..then how can I pay this huge amount . It's not good ... Because of this humiliating penalty amount I'm sleepless and helpless .
