Sir mera challan.11 feb 2020..ko kat deya gya jisme..mere pass helmets to ni tha pr DL tha...fir bhi helmets ki jagah mera DL ka bhi challan kat deya gya...jisme mera DL ka 5000 or helmet ka 1000 kat deya...mai helmets ka fine dene k leye tyar hun..pr DL ka ni.kyunki..paise bahut zyada h or bewazahh DL ka fine kr deya .jisme total 6000 hota h...main bs without helmet ka he paid krunga...or mere ko kya karna hoga DL k leye sir btayee...bar bar message me fine clear krne ka Aa r h...

I have received an illegal traffic challan ps gonda of total amount 6000 against my vehicle number JH - 01AF6924 . There is penalty of 5000 imposed under section 180 "Unauthorised Use of Vehicle". This is totally illegal and unfair as on the day of issuing of challan i told the traffic police that i have a valid driving license in my home which is very close to the place where challan issued. But the police charged against me as without license without listening. This is an unexpected and criminal behaviour by the ranchi traffic police (PS - Gonda) and action should be taken against this. Attached is the image of the wrong challan issued. Challan No - [protected]

Since, its an illegal offence reported request you to PLEASE CANCEL this challan at the earliest.If required i can produce my Driving License to you.
