Ranchi Traffic Police — Wrongly traffic challan imposed by Jaiwant barla 3741

Traffic police Jaiwant barla 3741 forcefully asked me to down my face mask and foecefully taken of my pic and imposed wrong penalty of rs 500/-

However when I aksed why penalty imposed as I have all documents up to date along with DL then why penalty then he treated me very badly
