I have worked for Iffco Tokio General Insurance deputed under Ma-Foi Consultancy (RANDSTAD) since 2007 to 2012. As per terms & conditions of the contract, (No.7) eligibility of leave - as per Company policy, in the company, working days was 5+2. But we have to work for every saturday including some sunday forcefully. I have requested for Iffco Tokio office & also requested to Maa-Fui/RANSTAND. But no one is ready to compensate. Still my wages is pending...

I was working for shell through randstad india on a 6 month contract as an executive support consultant and due to some internal riffs amongst the shell management staff, they suddenly deicided to relieve me and let me go without a proper justification or a agreed notice and was assured by the client that i’ll receive the due benefits

Considering this i agreed for an immediate exit as i had no other choice but to accept the decison therefore

Randstad india is now entitled to pay the “30 days salary in lieu” as the client i was working for, gave me an immediate exit assuring me of the due benefits & a smooth settlement, now randstad is backing off and denying such obligations and are unwilling to abide by the contract

I have all the necessary documentation to back my claim therefore please help as my financial situation is only deteriorating.

Its been 1 year and 5 months but still no one is helping to get my pf transferred to current company. No one in pf team responds nor they pickup any call. Worst service. Very very bad service. Am behind them for my money but they are not responding at all. I dont see any kind of support or help. Its a matter o[censored]pdating my date of exit from the company in my pf account so that i can transfer my pf amount to my current organisation pf account....

Hi sir i have submitted pf with de awal form second time with 15 g form but no deposit amount in my account so what is status of my pf form.
If any problem in my form so please inform me what is problem otherwise please deposit my amount in my account.
It is very sensitive of your pf department not any help of past employee pf withdrawal matter. I have lot of call of randstad pf department in ahmedabad but always hand up, r u interested only new employee. It is not harmful policy, i inform you if not deposit my pf i will take strict action opposit you.

I have applied so many times in online and every time my pf claim is rejected and when i drop an email to randstad employee they did'nt solve my problem and send me the other quries. Y self kanta prasad and was working in unichrm india pvt. Ltd. On pay roll of randstad india ltd (Mafoi management consultant). I have resigned in the month of nov.'2017 and have submitted the dully filled pf claim form to mafoi in same month but till the date i have not received my pf amount neither showing any status on pf online website and when ever i try to contact mafoi office they always say that we have submitted the form.
I am not getting any satisfactory answer from randstad india ltd-mafoi.
