I request you to update my joining and relieving date on epfo portal so that i could withdraw my pf amount. My member id is tnmas[protected]. I called to your offices located in delhi and gurgaon but none of your executive are available on call to resolve my issue.

I have worked for cisco under the payroll of randstad for 5 moths and quit in september 2016 and i would like to withdraw my pf. I have been trying to contact randstad regarding my pf settlement no one responds correctly. They have received my pf application in july 2017 till date i have not received any response apart from telling "pf is under process", i have not received any acknowledgement for their pf processing.

Randstad is the worst company i have ever worked. They are least bothered about the ex-employees.

Moreover employee and employer share pf amount is also been deducted from our salary itself. Its our harden money. They are not even giving any eta as how many days or months or years they need to settle our pf.

All telephone numbers toll numbers and toll free numbers shared are fake i believe. At times we receive automated response stating that we receive call back shortly as the agents are busy and at time there will be human interaction which is of waste telling that they dont have any update or they tell we have reached wrong department or the agent themselves will not be knowing what needs to been done or they share some email id's which is waste of time writing email to them.

Last response on email they have shared this contact number [protected]/[protected], where again there is no response. I found a number online[protected] they informed they will arrange callback till date i have not received any callback from them.

Is there any way i can get help to withdraw my pf.

I had submitted the pf withdrawal forms in may 2017 along with other documents. But haven't received the pf amount in account. Ranstad has not even provided the pf withdrawal acknowledgment copy to me. I have written several emails to them but not reply. They don't pick up phone calls nor do they reply to any email. I am unemployed at present & needed the funds on urgent basis and therefore requested for pf withdrawal.

Regarding this subject many times100times i mailed randstad pf dept. They are nor reply me any single answer.. I asked which date you are submitted epfo my application. They did not reply me
I studied randstad pf office review very wrest. Please look in to my issue.

I am doing follow-up with randstad since more than 1 month to update my kyc detail against my uan number so that i can transfer my pf amount to my new uan number but they are neither updating it nor responding over the mail.

I did follow-up with ms. Guncha & dinesh who are randstad employee & they # in jasola, delhi but these people are very casual & not responding over the mail & phone.

Help me to update my kyc detail against uan

Subject - my kyc is not updated there is some datamismatch on portal and this has to be correct by your team only but they are not doing and due to which i am unable to transfer my balance to another uan because my kyc detail is not updated, i tried many time to update myself but there on portal some datamismath error is occurring which needs to be correct by employer.

Kindly help me to update kyc detail so that i can transfer my balance in new uan number.

Hi, myself prakash k as i worked in act fibernet company in bangalore, as am i offrole working from randstand almost 3 years 4 months. I applied my pf on feb 2017 till now i dint receive my pf amount its already 7months as i apllied. If i call and ask our randstand hr they are not responding properly. Please help me. Standard procedure to clear f&f is within 45 days. But here in randstad, i am waiting from last 105+ days to received my dues.
I am chasing everyone in randstad/bls but still waiting.

Randstad is not providing form 16 needed for income tax returns filing, even after multiple repeated reminders, emails, phone calls.

Need the form 16 urgently to file it returns before the deadline, but randstad has been delaying and not responding timely. I have been following up on this since a month now.

The last date is july 31, and still they are not cooperating.

I am nagraj seri. I had applied for my pf with rand stad it's been 5month from now.. Still i haven't get my pf amount i had quite the job on with then on last day was 31 aug 2016.. It's been almost one year.. Company employees doesn't respond properly for queries.. If i ask to give me the pf related queries.. They don't don't know which no also..
