I was working with randstad at gurgaon and resigned in march 2014 and filled my pf tn/mas/0035791/000/0331747 form in the month of oct'15 in new delhi randstad office but till now i have not got my claim. I have checked with pf department and according to pf office they have not received my claim form till yet.
Now, i have send my all required pf tn/mas/0035791/000/0331747 documents to randstad office, chennai. But, yet no receiving or any intimation received.
Kindly do the needful.

Hi All,

My PF application has rejected because of Name not available on check
leaves, after that i have resend all the documents,

tring to get acknowledge for the email, whether it has been submitted to
PF office or not, nobody is not responding,

via mail and over phone

I have resend all the necessary document, it has been delivered Randstad

and mentioned with attention to Mr. Devdutt.G, mentioning “ Priority –
Resubmission ” on the cover.

I was working in Mafoi roll in New Delhi. I resigned company on November 2013 and I submitted my PF withdrawal form and all documents on Oct 2015 but I didn't received my PF money yet. I visited their Nrhru Place, Delhi offices they asked me another copy of documents which i have submitted. . i even checked online status but it showing no record found.
i do not know why these people are showing this much negligence towards its employees..!! pf is the privilege of every employee...they should get it when most needed...

A Randstad Executive: Divya B I am really shocked and disgusted by what Randstad did with my application with Abbott. Even today morning theycalled her up and said that her documents would be collected tomorrow. Over the last one week she has given assurance that she is selected and she should not apply to any other company, as Abbott has given an assurance about her selection. This is completely atrocious and a horrible behaviour from an employee working for Randstad, What right do you have to misguide people, who are looking upto companies like yours to provide them with an opportunity? I fail to understand what right of land, has given you the authority to be so unprofessional and be so lackadasical attitude towards prospective candidates? Do you have any idea about its implications? She is stuck nowhere, doesn't have a job, have nowhere to go. Isnt it really shameful from your end? Arent you guys ashamed of being so horrible in your proffesion? This is how you treat young people, whom you assure jobs, and then deny it?

Hello, I have been provided a Full & Final Settlement payslip which has Conveyance and MedicalReimb amount missing, when contacted the concern person, he is not giving a valid reply for this and rolling around some new scheme which does not apply to my offer letter, however when checked with other employees no such scheme is added for them in payslip. Finally my amount is deducted and on Questioning they are not providing a valid answer. The Conveyance and MedicalReimb amount should be included in my payslip. Hi Team, I have raised a request and sent mail to [protected]@randstad.in for the Service Letter and Experience Letter almost one week back. I even tried many times by calling customer care number, initially they said I will be receiving to my email on that day. But till now I haven't received any mails. This is to keep you inform that we 13 candidates were hired for Bihar State Tourism Development Corporation Ltd (BSTDC) through a Netherland based manpower agency "Randstad India Ltd. in the month of December 2014 for a period of 1 year on contractual basis. Just after completion of 1 month this contract is cancelled by BSTDC without any reason and prior information and we are told that our service is not required in spite of 98.50% sales growth compare to last year. Now we all are jobless and facing economic crisis. Neither have we received any salary nor any other benefit. It is very difficult to survive in costly city like Patna without any source of income. Now our future is in dark because we all have been cheated from both the organisations BSTDC & Randstad. Tender for this recruitment was issued by Tourism Dept. dated 23/05/2014. We all received a call from Randstad office (Patna) in the month of November regarding job opening for BSTDC. Randstad HR Executive (Miss Prerna Kundan) introduced this company as manpower partner of BSTDC in front of everyone. We were told that after completion of a year your performance will be reviewed and accordingly we shall hand over you to BSTDC. Apart from that it was told that there will be at least 30% salary hike compare to last organisation which was said wrong. Our first interview was held at Randstad Patna office and then we all sent to BSTDC (Bihar Tourism) office at Hotel Kautilya Vihar for next round. There next round of interview was taken by Mr. Anupam Kumar Suman (MD, IRS Officer), Mr. Navin (DGM) and GM of BSTDC. After a week, we all (selected candidates) informed to report to Randstad office to know our location and joining formalities. Our joining was done against office order number 213/14 and BSTDC promotion and communication number 2397/14. We all are told to report to respective location across Bihar from 02/12/2014. As per Randstad our salary was suppose to credit into our account latest by 7th of every month and we were told that our joining is done on 02/12/2014 so, our attendance will counted from the date of joining and salary will be given accordingly. But our first salary was credited to us on 16/01/2015 in spite of many reminders and follow ups and attendance was considered from 08/12/2014. PF is deducted from our salary but no detail has been provided. Before joining BSTDC almost everyone was working somewhere else and were earning almost better than this. But working for a govt. Organisation influenced them to leave their previous job as well as everyone was looking forward for better future in BSTDC. In the month of December we registered 98.50% sales growth from all the hotels across Bihar compare to last year. In spite of that we could not understood why our service got terminated. In fact we were informed on 12/01/2015 regarding termination of service but termination later was issued from office dated 09/01/2015. We all were asked to report to Randstad office immediately and assured that our service will not be terminated because Randstad has signed this contract for 3 years with BSTDC and at least 1 year with all 13 candidates. Randstad told to inform us in next few days regarding when we all have to report again. We all including GM Hotels (Mr. Gunraj) informed to President Randstad (Mr. Aditya Narayan Mishra) trrough mail. As well as we spoke to him and informed regarding negative approach of Patna Randstad team. President assured us that we will not leave your hand and always stand for us. But after some time he stopped taking call from us. And all sudden we received later dated 21/01/2015 from Randstad stating full and final settlement with us. We approached Randstad again for this irresponsible step. Their officers from Patna and Presedent respond in very unmannered way and told us that you all are free to take any step like media, news paper, labour court, minister, police and all. Even we were told to ruin our career. Finally we stepped to labour office and both the parties are called to settle this issue on 20/03/2015 but they did not appear in labour office. We have been given next date on 13/04/2015 but their approach is still negative. As per conversation with labour inspector it is expressed that Randstad is not having license to run their operation in Patna but still department has not approached them to know about status of license. When we asked a senior labour office Mr. Arvind Kumar to check it, he simply replied that until I would not have slap on my face why I should bother to check it. You all hire an advocate and file a criminal case against the company and tourism dept. Finally was bound to say that sir, company would have locked and all licensed have checked if it would not have Bihar (We have filed RTI to know license status of Randstad) . In between we approached Tourism Minister ( Md. Javed ) . He assured us that this issue will be discussed in "Board Meeting "and we will contact you soon with updates. 5 Board Meeting already over but still our issue is untouched and unresolved. We are not getting any positive response neither from tourism department nor from Randstad. Even we did not allow meeting secretary (Tourism). They are behaving quite insensitive. Both the organisation has ruined our career and future. Almost everyone stays on rent and it is quite difficult to survive in city like Patna without any payment since last 3 months.

My self Ashutosh Kohli and was working in Jubilant Agri & Consumer Products on pay roll of Randstad India Ltd . I have resigned in the month of Aug14 and have submitted the dully filled PF claim form to Randstad in the month of jan 2015 but till the date I have not received my PF amount neither showing any status on PF online website and when ever I try to contact Randstad office they always say that we have submitted the form. I am not getting any satisfactory answer from Randstad India Ltd.

I was working in saint-gobain glass (I)ltd...i left in month of april i climed my PF in month of october..i've submitted all the documents as required..they forwarded to chennai then they findout a query for additional salary submitted in my account for may month..randstand people said that u have to submit cheque of your salary after that ur PF process will process..i've submitted cheque before 4 months but there is no process for my pf ..and randstand people didn't answer any of my call n didn't claim any process..even chennai branch is not responding..they are literly avoiding me...Please do needfull in this urgent...
