I am PR Narayanaswamy and my emp id is 121942, Joined in the month of 14th Jul 2011, I have lost my originals both employment letter and experience letter, and would require a duplicate copy for the same.

I have been asking for my reliving and experience letter with my name correctly spelt on it. The documents I have provided are correct.
The name is "SUBARNA PAL" in my Aadhaar as issued by the Govt of India.
The name is also written in Bengali above the english one ( both languages have my name correctly spelt)

Please correct the same and provide me with my relieving letter and experience letter. I had also provided my PAN and PASSPORT. All of them have my name as "SUBARNA PAL".

I am Manoj ku Mandal. I have claimed insurance in reimbursement the tracking number is CHE01157423 & my employee code 2162681
The claim is rejected due to missing documents of break up bill of surgery charges CABG . I have contacted to hospital authority & they said as per hospital rule surgery charges itself a package & have no break up bill & they also provide an undertaking regarding the same . I have submitted the undertaking to mediassist. As per the hospital authority the hospital itself a network hospital of mediassist & they provide the same documents for every claim.

I have contacted to mediassist help desk they clearly suggest to submit an undertaking from hospital regarding the break up bill. I have done the same but later the claim rejected by the mediassist authority . In this case who is correct please mention. Me & my familly member suffered a lot due to this problem .

Please suggest & do need full action.

Resigned on 17 june2021.
Not recived outstanding balance of 10700/- from randstad.
They say u get in 45 to 60 days.
But 90 days gone not receive this amount.
No response.

I left Randstad in 2013. Recently tried to transfer the PF to my current PF account. They are not ready to generate the UAN which just takes less than 5 mins of their time.They are simply asking me to submit offline form. EPFO is now rejecting the offline claims as employer has the option to generate UAN online for existing PF numbers. Due to this my pf transfer is stuck. I want to escalate this issue and get it resolved.

It is been pending for long time. Guys please don't join this company. They don't have proper way of processing. They don't take care of the employee in a effective way. Im trying to claim it from February 2021.So much of confusion. They didnt udpate my details properly but insisted to claim by myself. And time and again Iam coming back to the employer and there no proper response At all.

I have recently selected for a payroll job. I was interviewed and selected. After that i have submitted all the documents required for BGV process also signed all the documents (march 21st). The HR. KHAJASHAFI SHAIK
(Sr Consultant) said that you will get offer letter in next week and your joining date will be 5th April. But i haven't received offer letter yet. HR not answering my phone or emails....

I have provided all the information required for updation of my esic account in excel sheet format to the Randstad esic team for tic form, still they not updated my account and not given me .TIC form i.e is e pahechan card.
