I have been former employee of randstad deputed to emc from 2015 to 2018, and it's been more than one year, no full and final settlement and it's statement, even after my several follow up mail, no one interested to take care of that even after escalation mail and it was showing clearly in their one employee portal that my f and f is pending, please anyone helpe with that, i think no one is above a law

Since 2018, we are chasing randstad for correction in pf details and transfer of previous pf account to new pf account but there is no response from the company and out funds are stuck in pf office.

I have joined a contract with randstand staffing agency on 4th july as a employee to work with sbi cards and payments services private limited for relationship executive — e job position. I used to report in moti nagar delhi branch

Randstand is the agency responsible for my payroll. They are fooling me for not paying my salary for months now. I have tried reaching them uncountable times and they have a answer that we are working on it. Or they just provide me dates like 5th or 20th of next month.

I am living on rental basis and looking for another job now. Please help me to get my salary for the time period of 3 months i worked for them. I have all the documents to share as a proof of employment and attendance with them such as offer letter, i-card, emails, whats app professional group.

I look forward hearing from you soon. I don't have money even to pay my rent and for food now. Please look into this matter.

I am doing job in IFFCO TOKIO GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY LTD on a contract basis on which I am outsourced with RANDSTAD INDIA PVT LTD . They keep me working in office from morning 9 30 to late night 7-8, they dont give leave when we have our leave balanced . Saturday and sunday is off for office but they call us on Saturday and sunday also harassing that I will be fired from job if I will not come and they enjoy holiday on every Saturday Saturday . They take work from us all 7 days . We cannot say anything to them as they will remove us from job. They are deducting salary also every month saying that Itbis order from Supreme Court . Kindly help us . We all are very much frustrated . One teammate tried to do suicide also because of there harrassment and they threatened him if he do next tym he will be fired from job. Kindly help us. Please please please . We have our personal life also .
