Randstad India — lost original employment letter and experience letter from randstad - need duplicate copy

This is gururaj m here. I was working in randstad india limited around 6 years back and was deputed to oracle india private limited from 19th september 2011 to 16th october 2013 as per all the scanned copies attached and the following details :-
1. Employee code - 297898,
2. Employee name - gururaj m.
3. Designation - internal audit staff.
4. Location - bangalore
5. Employee contract number - cwkn730656
6. Deputed to - oracle india private limited in internal audit team or business assessment and audit
7. Reporting manager at the time of resignation at oracle - prashanth joshi
8. Reporting manager at randstad bangalore - poonacha bk (Or rosh)
9. Reason for duplicate copies of offer letter and experience letter - lost
10. Next steps - please issue duplicate copies of all the offer letter, last extension letter and relieving letter from randstad

I have lost the original appointment letter or offer letter and the relieving letter from randstad and now i am working in bangalore.

Please help me understand the process to collect the duplicate copy of my lost offer letter and relieving letter from randstad india as it is required for my next employment purpose. I can come over to your office and collect once you confirm the same.
