Randstad India — non got overtime compensation | |||||
I have worked for Iffco Tokio General Insurance deputed under Ma-Foi Consultancy (RANDSTAD) since 2007 to 2012. As per terms & conditions of the contract, (No.7) eligibility of leave - as per Company policy, in the company, working days was 5+2. But we have to work for every saturday including some sunday forcefully. I have requested for Iffco Tokio office & also requested to Maa-Fui/RANSTAND. But no one is ready to compensate.
