Team randstad, since last 1 month i am doing follow-up with your pf team who sits here in jasola delhi and the name is ms. Charu & dinesh... But i am not getting solution from them... Subject - my kyc is not updated there is some datamismatch on portal and this has to be correct by your team only but they are not doing and due to which i am unable to transfer my balance to another uan because my kyc detail is not updated, i tried many time to update myself but there on portal some datamismath error is occurring which needs to be correct by employer. Kindly help me to update kyc detail so that i can transfer my balance in new uan number. My uan detail is given below.
