Randstad India — withdrawal pf

I'm sunil. I used to work in tommy hilfiger, patna.
I resigned the company in april 2017. And applying for pf in august 2017.
But i can't received any information about this. I have mailed pf office every time but i have not been able to find any correct information yet.
I would to request to you please give me any information about this or any contact number which i contact.
