Randstad — Not Providing Service Letter and Experience Letter

Hi Team, I have raised a request and sent mail to [protected]@randstad.in for the Service Letter and Experience Letter almost one week back. I even tried many times by calling customer care number, initially they said I will be receiving to my email on that day. But till now I haven't received any mails.
