Ranthambore Safari 360 — Payment not received in my account.Payment stuck in payu money account.

I have merchant account in payumoney .payu money not settling my money into my account . They always decline my website verification details. I have all information in my website regarding products details, cancellation policy, refund policy everything . Instead of verification they rejected every time..I raised so many tickets but not response coming from payu money.
