Never take a tour package from Rao Holidays. They fooled my father and got the money transferred by engaging him in talks. Now they are refusing to give service. I have called them almost 100 times but their phone is always switched off. When I talk to customer care, they say that you just send the mail, apart from mail we do not talk to anyone.
I have sent them almost 100 mails in the last 45 days but I never get a reply to their mails. Common man doesn't have that much time to meet them again and again. This is a fooling thing.
