We got to know about Rao Holidays when they contacted us for holiday offers .They told us they got our contact details through car show room dealer when we bought the new car. We were offered Rs. 75000(Plus Rs 3000 yearly maintenance )for membership for 3 years for 21 days. Lot of promises were made to us during membership by agents Manjunath and Pavana. We signed documents and after a week we got confirmation about membership. This was in April 2024.April end after taking membership we wanted to book holiday. They told from our membership we can book rooms for our other family members also during availing membership. Hence we asked to book two rooms. Responses to our emails are very late .They denied to book two rooms. Again in May we asked to book rooms. With their late response they changed our destination as well as dates!!Again we could not go. Third time also same issue. We are fed up. No customer helpline too. Agents who helped us during membership dont pick calls. We want them to refund or respond to our grievances. if we ask for help in facebook they block ed our account. A big mistake by us. Instead we would go for travel website like MMT or Agoda every time. Request to solve our issue.
