Never take a tour package from Rao Holidays. They fooled my father and got the money transferred by engaging him in talks. Now they are refusing to give service. I have purchased a 3 year rao holiday package last week and i paid 50% amount for the holiday plan and they have promised me that they will do the first resort/hotel booking with 50% amount and they have got the approval for the same. Believing these fraudsters( Pavana executive and Manjunath manager) I have made the payment, now they are not responding to my either messages /calls . My member id : 20348. I have spoken to their office executive and now they are saying they are yet to get the approval. it has been 1 week, I'm chasing them for booking and now it don't want their holiday membership, please refund my money . I lost trust in you guys. Like others have complained, a sales person contacted me and shared travel packages with very lucrative offers. Although it sounded fishy, the salesperson kept on persuading me and told me the benefits of the packages they offered. He told me that they have tie-ups with all leading 4-star and 5-star hotel chains like Radisson Blu, Hilton etc.
