Rao IIT Academy — library fees refund

I am pawan koli, ex-student of rao iit academy, virar branch, 2018 advance batch,
Roll no.808604
We were told that their will be a refund of total library fees after completion of the course, but its around 2 years now thier is no refund, i have submitted my bank details to them as asked by them already, i have call the customer care around 20 times till date for refund.
Not only me but around 20 more students of our branch have not received the amount
As a proude citizen of india we request for our justice and our refund as we need money in covind-19 situation.
