We were told that their will be a refund of total library fees after completion of the course, but its around 2 years now thier is no refund, i have submitted my bank details to them as asked by them already, i have call the customer care around 20 times till date for refund.

Misleading institute. I am student at rao iit. I request parents of they want to see their children as docter or engineers than don't take admission in rao iit, i repeat don't. The ceo of academy has nothing to do with the issues. When he was asked by the toi he says its a minor issue and will be resolved by 14 oct but it has been not resolved. Its a fraud institute. They cheated many teachers. They never pay the money of last 3-4 months of teachers. They transfer here and there without any reason. Terminate the faculties in mid session without any notice, even if you have good feedback.

In starting of the session recruit teachers from iits, nits, and bits, but till mid session they terminates the teachers. Salary problems are always their from last 3 years....

Rao iit is the worst class. They dont have quality teachers for boards. I have made a big mistake by joining this classes and they expect from us to bring good marks in mains and they dont know that we need more than 75 in boards. Worst classes.
They just know how to make money but they dont know how to teach the students. Really disappointing experience for me.
Many students are suffering due to this. Rao iit should be closed...

At the time of admission they hidden rules of refund
After 4 days i was not comfortable with the enviorment and climate of kota
Hence appiled for refund.
Now they are denying, to refund, even we are ready to settlement.
