I booked rapido parcel today. Picking point is annanagar and receiving in hand point is New Perungalathur.
The Rider came to my house at Perungalathur asking for parcel stating wrongly that Perungalathur is my picking point.i have explained clearly, inspite of that he shouted asking Rs 1500, I paid said amount also he has agreed to go to annanagar to pick parcel and handed over to me. and .after some time phone came he went later my booking was vanished.i sm having booking details and videos of conversation, kindly refund money ra 1500 plus mental agony Rs 5000 immediately.next couse of action is based on your reply action.
