    Double helmet rule has started. My one friends is doing rapido but customer is not ready to wear the helmet and from 3 days he is taking the fine of 500rs daily from police and he is calling the customer care of rapido but they are just saying the rapido boy don't force customer to wear the helmet. Really rapido is worst. What wrong the rapido boy has did. So bad customer care support.

      Booked a bike from chincholi bandar Malad west to malwani block 7
      The captain called and asked to cancel the ride as he accept the ride but stated he is at different location (Kandivali)
      Its such an inconvenience if your respectative acts such a way its area of concern if not resolved will escalate this case toh CEO of rapido Aravind Sanka and IRDIA

        Today i took a auto ride. While booking 185rs for estimated distance of 8.56km.. captain dropped to destination in 10min with all shortcuts he knows. Actual travel distance 3.26km. rapido charged 191 for the ride. When I reached the customer support, they simply telling sorry they could not refund for untravelled distance. Is it not fraud? How many customers you are doing like this?

          Rapido is providing bike service but then when you are booking it autodrivers are harassing you. And nobody has any solution. It is unbearable situation.

            Yesterday One rapido driver harassing me and said me abusive language.Because I refused to obey his proposal.he demanded extra money from me he said to me if you not give my demanding money I will not go your Booking he also told me to Cancelled my booking .When I refused to obey his proposal he call me from his alternative number and said me ###, your mother is a ###.This is the service that rapido is providing us.

                Please don't work as captain..

                They will use ur service with fake incentives every time. They will not resolve it for years. Very bad customer support.

                I urge you guys don't work with rapido captain at all.

                  What ever money I have in rapido wallet. Is not credited even I approved to transfer from Wallet to bank account.i attempted on yesterday morning 12. Still it's being waiting for transferring the amount. Please credit the money as soon as possible. The money is very urgent

                    Today on 6 August 2021 I took a ride at morning and till the drop it was fine. There is an option in the app for qr code to pay when u use that to pay that auto driver threatened me and harrased me and told u should use my personal qr code and pay I won't let u to pay in this and used foul words. Atlast he beat me and took the money from his qr code.

                      Rapido pickup person came at my place and picked the item that was supposed to be delivered at another address. But after sometime he just cancelled the booking and never called back to return the package or never tried to deliver it also.
                      Now, as I complaint to rapido about this after 4-5 days they are coming with the resolution of refunding me a sum that is nowhere close to actual cost of the item. And they neither contacted that pick up person also, I requested them to just return my package back if they are not able to refund my money. Actual cost of package was around rs 10000 and they are refunding only rs 500.
                      I need my package back please help me. Or atleast refund of the package.

                            we have done a ride in Rapido ( HIRE BIKE ) on 30th oct. 2020 order no :- RD[protected].
                            in this we drive 22.63 km. in 52.89 minutes. we received payment only hours base but we don't received payment as per km. base.

                            in this drive make payment of rs. 99/- we don't received full payment in this ride.

                            i have already complain regarding for the same 3 times (30th oct, 31st oct. and 02nd nov. 2020 ). and all person reply in different - different way & policies.

                            1st person said that payment refund in your wallet in some time and extra km. charges of rs. 8 per km..
                            2nd person said that payment refund in your wallet in 24 hours.
                            3rd person said that your query already forward to our back hand team and extra km. charges of rs.10 per km. and also said that your GPRS not in this ride. so, don't eligible for this.

                            every person reply with different way .

                            when i start any ride my GPRS always ON and i have also completed ride in near 1 hours with 22.63 km. in some areas slow net speed or no pick mobile network. that time we also confirm customer care same time. i have also call in customer case same time & after finished ride regarding for the payment show not correctly.
                            All detail show in your system also. When i start ride and finished ride.

                            so, plz solve this query and refund amount.

                                I booked rapido yesterday. The ride amount was showing INR 17 and there was a cashback offer, after taking the ride INR 6 to be added to my wallet. However, here comes the surprise, the discount is already added in the invoice but the total amount is declared INR 23. Therefore I didn't get the cashback afterwards. When I contacted customer care they asked me to read terms and condition. After arguing with them continuously they agreed to initiate the cashback. The same thing happened with my friend as well.
                                I don't think many people will fight for this nominal amount and Rapido is taking advantage of it.
                                I am not wasting your/my time to get my money back. But this is a serious case of cheating and thievery. They are doing this with millions of people.
                                Kindly take serious action on them.

                                  Rapido bike service for transport is very worst. The captains are very rude and worst. They don't even how to identify location when book for the service. The people are too lazy and too neglected and wasting too much time of customers. They were became psychiatric and unnecessarily torchering customers during late night hours journey of customers. I can't understand why people are playing with customers emotions. They don't even understand why unnecessary testing of customers patience.
                                  If you're likely doing same kind of issues. Then we will show how powerfully bann all rapido service. There no words described much better than this you #.

                                    Aniket halder (Wb20ba4733 - tvs jupiter) denied to pick me up from the location and also denied to cancel it, himself and insisted that i do it, from my end!
                                    Sharing the screenshots to prove the same, and i also have audio records for it.
                                    Rapido did not have a proper complaint portal to resolve it.

                                      All the rapido drivers near ienergizer sector 60 during 2:30am at night. All of them charge extra, at least rs20. I usually give that to them and they would take me offline however today thy asked for rs 50 more and that just pissed me. Its my job and i cannot pay this much everyday. When i opposed the extra fare one of the captains there started shouting and saying stuff like we are not forcing you to ride with us, and you go however you want. I want every rider there removed asap or just put out of work accept for one. There was this one guy who never asked me even a rupee more, his name was ramsupal tripathi. Apart from him i want every rider there punished. I have literally paid 1000s more in total than what it was supposed to be. Cannot pay anymore.in the beginning i used to complain but now it just seems worthless. I just booked a uber car and it was only 20 rs more than the bike. A booked car

Rahul trivedi is fully drunk and he is not follow any kind of traffic rules and i try to call rapido help line number [protected] and [protected] both numbers is not in service check the number you have dail so there the most important problems same time if there is a accident happened and customers have dead so what we are secured for your side there is big problem for customers and his family.

                                          I took a ride on 4th April 2019. I have booked the cab with depicted amount as Rs. 67 and my payment mode was PayTm. However when the journey was completed, it was showing to the captain that I need to pay the amount in cash and that too Rs. 80 but not Rs. 67. I have paid him Rs. 80 in cash.
                                          Then I have raised a ticket #514672 where I have requested to refund me the differential ammount i.e. (80-67) = Rs. 13. Since this is not a cashback but the amount which I need to pay considering a bug at their app, I have clearly requested them to refund in my selected payment mode i.e. PayTm instead of Rapido wallet so that I can utilise my money in other ways. In spite of clearly mentioning the fact they have refunded the amount in Rapido Wallet.

                                          I have tweeted both @RapidoCares and @rapidobikeapp to refund me the amount in Paytm instead of Rapido Wallet. I have got a call from Rapido Team where they told me they can refund in Freecharge wallet but not in PayTm and I have agreed to that as well. They have readily deducted the refunded amount i.e. Rs. 13 from Rapido Wallet however till date the amount has not been refunded back to my Freecharge wallet. I have raised another fresh ticket #593197 which was closed without even replying. Even I tried chasing them over twitter but no response received.

                                          I am really disappointed with the support team of Rapido. As I have gone through several other complaints, I am also echoing the same - they are looting peoples money. This kind of fraud and cheating business should be stopped immediately.

                                            On 23rd april 2019, i had booked a ride from my office to home from rapido app. The ride cost was 38 and my paytm account was linked. The driver "anil goud" accepted my ride. He was far from my location. Suddenly i received a notification that my ride was started and immediately ended. An amount of 135 was deducted from my account. I was charged for extra distance too. This means the driver was a fraud guy. I had immediately raised an complain to rapido with request number 573924. I have not received any response from the company. I tried calling the driver multiple times but i got no response.
                                            I am raising this request within two days since my friend had the same issue and registered a complaint on 19th april 2019. He got no response from the company. The fraud drivers will easily get away with this. Legal actions should be taken by company and money should be refunded.
                                            Rapido in Vizag is worest, captain behaviour is all members are not responsible

                                              I have booked a ride from manyatta tech park to kagaddaspura in bangalore... The driver called me and said that he couldnt pick me up and asked me to cancel the ride... It was his mistake for not picking me up... So why should i cancel the ride? He was continuously calling me to cancel the ride and then i cancelled the ride... After he sent me messages that was very abusive... He scolded me with very bad words... I have mentioned this issue in rapido customer support but they are not responding

                                                I want to share a fraud that happened today with me
                                                I was going back from Jalandhar to Ludhiana from college back to home and
                                                It was late 9:00 pm and no auto and bus was going towards my direction
                                                So I tried to book bike through rapido
                                                When i booked the ride I was having troubling with my network
                                                But somehow it got booked.
                                                The rider contacted me and asked me where i want to go and i shared my location and he denied to go with me and forced me to cancel the ride but i refused to do that as it was very late and why i have to pay the penalty if the driver doesn't want to go. so i humbly asked him to cancel from his side but he refused.
                                                Then he contacted me again and asked me my location and to get home faster i started moving toward him as he was closeby.
                                                When i reached the closest point where we decided to meet I checked rapido and found he had started the ride already and he was getting far away from me.
                                                I found it suspicious and suddenly i got a notification that my ride is completed and as the ride was prepaid i was charged for the ride i never took.
                                                He stopped picking my call
                                                And still now no help is given to me
                                                I am not worried about money
                                                But the point is
                                                I was so tired from college and he harrassed me unncessarily
                                                I trusted rapido with my money and they cheated me like this
                                                Don't use these apps only pay cash when you had took the ride.
                                                They are going to fraud with you too.
                                                When i messaged him that i am going to file a police complaint against him
                                                He started to abuse me again.
                                                I need justice.
                                                Please help me to get justice please🙏

                                                Also i would like to add the ride was to start from Ludhiana railway station to dugri phase 1 Ludhiana
                                                But he scammed me I have call recording of the same to prove
                                                Sir in rapido on 1 April my every ride is charged extra amount that is 24 rupees for single so I take so many ride approx my total excess amount is 150 rupees and today also rapido shows 21 R's and they charge 44 rupees for single ride

                                                  Ticket number #490594 booked from mobile number [protected].
                                                  On 23-march-2 19 i took a ride from jharsa rd, housing board colony, sector 31, gurugram, haryana 122001 to iffco colony sector 17, gurugram, haryana.

                                                  The charge they showed me rs 41 and around 5km.
                                                  But after ride they deducted rs 279 from my paytm wallet.
                                                  They are wronly charged for 52km instead of 5km hardly.

                                                  After raising ticket in rapido app they closed the ticket every time i create without resolving or sending any message.

                                                  After many days also they did not contact or resolve the issue.

                                                  There customer care number is not reachable or they do not pick the call.

                                                  These fraud company should be closed and they are doing a loot now with people money.

                                                  A strict action should be taken against them.

                                                    in this we drive 22.63 km. in 52.89 minutes. we received payment only hours base but we don't received payment as per km. base.

                                                    in this drive make payment of rs. 99/- we don't received full payment in this ride.

                                                    i have already complain regarding for the same 3 times (30th oct, 31st oct. and 02nd nov. 2020 ). and all person reply in different - different way & policies.

                                                    1st person said that payment refund in your wallet in some time and extra km. charges of rs. 8 per km..
                                                    2nd person said that payment refund in your wallet in 24 hours.
                                                    3rd person said that your query already forward to our back hand team and extra km. charges of rs.10 per km. and also said that your GPRS not in this ride. so, don't eligible for this.

                                                    every person reply with different way .

                                                    when i start any ride my GPRS always ON and i have also completed ride in near 1 hours with 22.63 km. in some areas slow net speed or no pick mobile network. that time we also confirm customer care same time. i have also call in customer case same time & after finished ride regarding for the payment show not correctly.
                                                    All detail show in your system also. When i start ride and finished ride.

                                                    so, plz solve this query and refund amount.
