Subject: Complaint Against Cab Driver for Misconduct and Safety Violation
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint against one of your cab drivers for highly unprofessional, abusive, and unsafe behavior during my recent ride.
On 31ST AUGUST, I had booked a cab through your platform from lulu Mall Lucknow to Badi Pakariya lucknow. Unfortunately, the driver not only failed to maintain professional conduct but also behaved in an extremely offensive and unsafe manner.
Details of the incident:
The driver used religious slurs and derogatory language, which caused me and my family deep distress.
He abused verbally using filthy and inappropriate words.
Despite the confirmed drop point, he refused to take us to the correct location and stopped the cab 250–300 meters away on a lonely road.
I was traveling with my wife, my 3-year-old child, and my 5-year-old child. Being left stranded in such conditions was unsafe, irresponsible, and extremely distressing for my family.
This behavior is unacceptable and violates basic standards of safety, respect, and service. I request you to:
Take strict disciplinary action against the driver.
Ensure such incidents are not repeated with any other passenger.
Confirm in writing the action taken on this complaint.
As a regular customer, I expect your company to ensure the safety and dignity of passengers at all times. Kindly treat this matter as urgent and serious.
