I am filing a formal complaint against Rapido for a serious safety issue I faced on 24th January 2025. During my ride from office to home, the driver asked about my payment mode, and I informed him that I was using SIMPL. Upon hearing this, he became aggressive, used offensive language, and forcibly asked me to get off the bike. He even threatened to break my phone if I did not comply.
Feeling unsafe, I ended the trip and reported the incident to Rapido customer support. However, they refused to take action against the driver and denied me a refund. Their negligence towards passenger safety is highly concerning.
I request the authorities to:
Investigate Rapido’s failure to address passenger complaints.
Take action to enforce stricter driver conduct policies.
Ensure I receive a refund for the incomplete trip.
This incident highlights a serious safety risk, and I urge your intervention to prevent future occurrences. Please acknowledge my complaint and inform me of the next steps.
