I booked Rapido premium ride from my home to Shamshabad airport, Hyderabad i booked Rapido at 6.06AM, driver should drop me in the Airport by 6:30 AM as per the booking but he dropped us by 6:50 AM, he stopped the car in between the Journey, he delayed the journey i missed my flight because of him i lost 30000 inr for Flight tickets and i lost hotel booking money in Udaipur.
I booked premium car, Maruti car should come as per the booking but small Tata EV car came, even he didn't turn on A/C and opened a car window and he refued to put seat belt.
