Rapido — Urgent: Complaint Regarding Misleading Route Taken by Driver on 3rd May 2025

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a distressing experience I had with your service on 3rd May 2025. I had booked a cab through the Rapido app to travel from my location to Anand Vihar Terminal (ANVT) Railway Station, aiming to catch a train to Ranchi. However, the driver took an incorrect route, diverting towards Delhi instead of the designated route via Anand Vihar.

This deviation not only caused significant distress but also jeopardized my timely arrival at the station, leading to the possibility of missing my train. Such negligence is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Rapido's commitment to customer satisfaction and service reliability.

I request the following actions be taken:

A thorough investigation into the incident, including a review of the driver's route and communication logs.
A formal apology acknowledging the inconvenience caused.
Appropriate compensation for the distress and potential financial loss incurred due to this incident.
Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves. I expect a prompt response outlining the steps Rapido intends to take to address this issue.
