Rare Rabbit — Returned trousers after color gone and spoiled in first wash but not accepted and refunded

Its a new scammer company, authorities should take action immediately!
With impressive store design and presentation, sale items cheaper then footpath ones at high cost.
All items purchased from DLF mall of India showroom of Noida sector-11 are of very poor quality, colors gone like never seen even lowest clothes.
I have returned trousers after color gone and spoiled in first wash. They just not refund/respond!
Is there any authority to check? I am filling with consumer court.
They have no response on refund
