Rasanet — Arrogancy & bad service

He rasa net Matunga came up on 11/10/2015 for new connection. without confirming their quality & service they demanding annual fees before connection, I informed that, after quality confirmation I will pay . further on 13/10/2015 I asked them that I will try firstly for a month then i will go for annual scheme, since last two days i made so many calls for my service as to provide wifi with my router, they did not turned up even though i paid mothly subscription, till date i not used their service, They are arrogant, irresponsible & have very bad service, So i informed that i will not use their service, & asked to refund my subscription.
