Since last 10 days internet is not working, no one is in touch, even a landline number is switched off, what type of services is this, for payment they come like four times a week, but since last ten days i m trying everybody's number from rasanet but nobody is attending the phone, this literally very irritating, at least just share your problem that whats wrong with the broadband line and please sort out the problem

My internet services aren't working for almost a week now. No one is answering the call and now the official number of rasabet States temporarily disconnected. Absolute frauds. Will have to register a police complaint if they dont revert to me i.mediateky. dont have any choice. Have spoken with vinod and shiva and they state they will send but no responaibility absolutely. In vain found thenunber of rasa nadar whi is aupposed to be tge owner. No wonder he is also not answering his phone and not responding to messages and so is his staff. Still suffering withoyt any internet at home. Please please dont take his connection even if it is given free of cost.

I have been in touch with bharatbfrom rasanet since yesterday and he was extremely meticulous . now when I am trying to connect the internet simply doesn't work. I have not yet made a payment since I a a new subscriber since yesterday. There is absolutely no reaponse. When called. No one picka up . pathetic

I am facing unstable internet issues. The server is down at 2 am almost always I have subscribed to a 10 mbps plan for 19000rs and i certainly do not deserve such horrible service. I am extremely disssapointed agitated at the same time. Absolutley the worst internet experience i have encountered..

He rasa net Matunga came up on 11/10/2015 for new connection. without confirming their quality & service they demanding annual fees before connection, I informed that, after quality confirmation I will pay . further on 13/10/2015 I asked them that I will try firstly for a month then i will go for annual scheme, since last two days i made so many calls for my service as to provide wifi with my router, they did not turned up even though i paid mothly subscription, till date i not used their service, They are arrogant, irresponsible & have very bad service, So i informed that i will not use their service, & asked to refund my subscription. Be alert

I am subscribed to rasanet internet service provider. I had subscribed to him from the last 5 years .when there are any problems in connection they are not ready to solve the issues. Every time I had issues they are not ready to respond, the rasanet office employees doesnt pick the call or they do pick and if we say our problems they are never ready to solve it. In my building the wires were burnt due to short circuit in lan cable and we are constantly contacting them from phone and we also approached their office then also the problem was not solved for the last 15 days and i think that the employees of that oraganization are not very good they only use facebook and chat with their friends in office when i approached the office they were not ready to listen to any customers complaint and the staff infront of me cancelled the call from a customer when i was standing right beside him in the office. I think their license should be cancelled or make them attend to their customers in a better way. Providing their details below. I have taken rasa net connection four month ago by paying six month advance payment but they have not given me any bill yet. I had visited their office four to five times for bill but they are not ready to give my bill. Every time they are giving different reason sometime says “ PRINTER KHARAB HAI”, “BILL PAHLE SE PRINT HO GAYA HAI VAPAS NAHI MILEGA" and many more fake reason. They are lying each time and a rude behaviour. May be because o[censored]neducated staff.
