Rasanet — Non issue of bill

I have taken rasa net connection four month ago by paying six month advance payment but they have not given me any bill yet. I had visited their office four to five times for bill but they are not ready to give my bill. Every time they are giving different reason sometime says “ PRINTER KHARAB HAI”, “BILL PAHLE SE PRINT HO GAYA HAI VAPAS NAHI MILEGA" and many more fake reason. They are lying each time and a rude behaviour. May be because o[censored]neducated staff.
