Rasanet — Useless and Worst Case Customer Service

I am subscribed to rasanet internet service provider. I had subscribed to him from the last 5 years .when there are any problems in connection they are not ready to solve the issues. Every time I had issues they are not ready to respond, the rasanet office employees doesnt pick the call or they do pick and if we say our problems they are never ready to solve it. In my building the wires were burnt due to short circuit in lan cable and we are constantly contacting them from phone and we also approached their office then also the problem was not solved for the last 15 days and i think that the employees of that oraganization are not very good they only use facebook and chat with their friends in office when i approached the office they were not ready to listen to any customers complaint and the staff infront of me cancelled the call from a customer when i was standing right beside him in the office. I think their license should be cancelled or make them attend to their customers in a better way. Providing their details below.
