I am extremely disappointed with the service from Ratan Gas Banner. While I know the owner is the widow of an Indian Army veteran, their employees are engaging in black market sales of xylene gas.
I placed an order for gas on March 26, 2026, with a receipt generated, but it has not been delivered to Mahalunge Kulecoloch Society yet. On March 28, the lady at the agency answered my call and asked me to contact [protected]. Saudagar picked up and said he didn't have the receipt, so he couldn't deliver. I then called Ratan Gas Banner again—after 10 attempts, the same lady answered and promised delivery on March 29. However, no cylinder has arrived to date, and no one is picking up calls despite trying all provided numbers. I even used the Mood to Ratan Gas app, but the mailbox shows it's not delivered.
This is highly unprofessional. I've known the owner since their shop was on Baner Road near Mahabaleshwar Hotel. Now, I see that Bharat Gas in my society delivers within 1-2 days.
Friends, please avoid such an agency that ignores customer emergencies and unethically supplies domestic gas in BLACK.
MAY NOT THE OWNER'S knowledge but the employees.
