Very Bad Service. They don't answer properly. They put the call on hold for a long time. Usually, the delivery guy should try to deliver gas at home. But they call you and ask you if you are at home, if you miss their call, they will decide that you are not at home and extend your delivery. They don't even retry calling you. Worst Service Ever....

Office time is 9 o'clock but even though 9:30 am, the office is not open yet. no anyone com in office for opening.

Extremely bad service. Delivery person nitin chaubey is very irresponsible and misleads the consumers. Delivery not received after multiple follow ups. Response from the agency persons is also very poor. They add no value to any requests/ complaints. Since this is an essential utility product we expected better response from the service providers. However this agency is a very big disappointment....

Ratan enterprises the dealer of cooking gad cylinders is extremely annoying.
It has been more than 7 months that I had applied for gas connection and I still dont have the gas cylinder being delivered.

Not only that , they told me that it usually takes 7-8 months, which I guess no other dealer takes in Pune or PCMC.
I strongly believe that the owner of Ratan Enterprises runs a parrallel business of gas cynlinders in black market as I myself have taken it from them as they forced me in to taking one .......and kept delaying the whole process.

Below are the no's given by them , where even a president & prime minister of India can not reach , as they are always either out of service or busy -

Hope some action will be taken on them and for a change I can cook on a cylinder which is not bought in black.

Ratan Gas Agency (Bharat Gas), Near jagtap dairy, Pimple Saudagar are not ready to Give new gas connection to waiting numbers which we got in Dec 2009.They are calling to customers (Like me) that If we are ready to Take stove along with Cylinder & Regulator then only they are ready to issue new connection, otherwise we need to wai...But from last 7 (Seven) months I am waiting, and when we meet them, Agency Manager is telling that we need to wait for some more time..Also Rtan Gas agency's Inspector came to my home and he checked/inspected my stove and entered the remark in my Application that "Shegadi/Stove is OK"..I think they are not ready to issue the connection without shegadi...So raising the complaint against this agency.
