Very Bad Service. They don't answer properly. They put the call on hold for a long time. Usually, the delivery guy should try to deliver gas at home. But they call you and ask you if you are at home, if you miss their call, they will decide that you are not at home and extend your delivery. They don't even retry calling you. Worst Service Ever. I have tahta the gas recept is generated on 26th March 2026 bot not yet delivered in Mahalunge Kulecoloch society.
On 28th the lady picked the call ans said contact this numer [protected]. A person named Saudagar picked the call and said he did have tee recept so can't deliver. Again I called Ratan Gas Banner, the same madam picked the call after 10 attempts. She said the cylinder will be deliver on 29th. But till date no gas cylinder delivered. No one is picking the call. I have tried all the given numers. O have mood to ratan gas bu the mail box shows it's not delivered.
Such an unprofessional agency. I know the owner since the shop Wes there on Baner Road, near Mahabaleshwar Hotel.
Now I see, in my society Bharat Gas is delivering within one, two days.
So frind please refrain from such Ajency who is not realizing the emergency of customer and unethical supplying domostic Gas to Hotels in Mahalunge. I have the proof.'
