Complaint marked as Resolved My experience with Rathimeena Travels has been nothing short of a nightmare. I booked three bus tickets and, unfortunately, had to cancel them. Getting a refund has turned into an agonizing ordeal. When I reached out to the solution provider, Ezeeinfo Solution, they claimed to have sent the refund to Rathimeena. However, when I contacted Rathimeena, they insisted they hadn't received anything from Ezeeinfo Solution. This back-and-forth has been utterly frustrating, and I feel like I'm being passed around like a football. The lack of transparency and accountability from both Rathimeena Travels and Ezeeinfo Solution is deeply disappointing and unacceptable.
I've had a maddening experience with the Rathimeena Travels mobile app. When I canceled both passengers, the refund was only initiated for the last passenger. The app's functionality and the way it handles cancellations are beyond frustrating. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and a clear indication that they need to improve their mobile app's user-friendliness.
I went to great lengths to prove the issues with Rathimeena Travels' mobile app. I even rebooked with my own money to demonstrate the problems. However, my efforts were in vain. Even for this new booking, I still didn't receive a refund. This entire experience has been infuriating, and it's evident that the mobile app's functionality is seriously flawed. Rathimeena Travels needs to address these issues immediately and improve their customer service and refund process.
