Bus changes

Hello sir
Yesterday night i booked berth ticket (U4 rmt5423584) from mayiladuthurai to coimbatore. With out intimation you are changed my booked bus. You are arranged ac sitting seat but i feel very uncomfortable and sleepless journey.
Sorry to say here after i booked tickets in other travels. Please try to avoid its happening in future. I don't excepted to do this for your organisation....

Did not take me to my destination

On 9\11\2015 at I took rathimeena bus from thiruvanmayur, chennai.Actually I booked my tickets onbusesthe destination was from chennai to cuddalore(ecr route).on that day we had a cyclone .in this situation they said that the will not go to cuddalore and asked me to get down at tindivanam itself that charged rs.490/ticket.they asked me to take bus and go yo my place.The reason they gave was that the roads to my place are blocked.But when...

Misbehaviour and Non refund of amount

I had a bus on 19/04/2013 at 6;00 am.As i got 10 minutes late i had called up the Rathimeena counter and asked them to wait and they had also told me the same .
I reached at the counter exactly at 6:10 am and the bus left without intimating me. Then after calling them again they started abusing in bad words about getting late and all that but during my first call they had also told me to wait at that place.

Cancellation of ticket

I went to cancel my ticket onsunday 9th december booked for tuesday 11th december from koyambedu to nagapattinam. The person who is sitting in the booking office talking filthy language and not cancelling my ticket. The reason he told first is the network not functioning but in front of me he is booking for chennai to another person.

Ticket not provided with Rough responses

I boarded the Rathimeena bus (No: PY 01 BK 2299) by this afternoon around 2.00 P.M in Guindy,Chennai and paid 300rupees for the ticket for which i asked the ticket voucher. But the conductor responded so harshly stating that he cannot provide me the ticket(His comments in tamil:adan elam thara mudiyadhu po.. yen ticket lam kekra... adu elam illa po) in front of other passengers.Since i am a girl i felt so embarrassed and cannot proceed talking....

Misbehavior

I booked ticket in rathimeena travels through online from chennai to chidambaram. I called the customer care [protected] number displayed in the ticket and mentioned that i will be boarding at thiruvanmiyur. They said okay and please stand near by thiruvanmiyur bus stand by 2PM. So, i came by 1:45PM but the bus came by 2:30 that was also tolerattable. But, when the bus came i approached near the bus but BUS DID NOT STOP AND IT WAS KEEP GOING....

Improper service and lack of ethics

Hi...I booked for a trip from chennai - Nagercoil with Rathimeena Travels on 23rd may 2009 at 4.00PM.
When I reached the boarding point I asked the driver whether it was the right bus(semi sleeper).
Due to heavy rain I suppose it was not audible to him, So he asked me again and eventually gave me a bad answer.I asked him to show some respect for the customers and he started shouting back at me...
He gather some local...
