Parcel Booking number: AG507187.- Not delivered one parcel among two parcel booked

In the above booking, two parcels (Box - 1No) and Small Poly Bundle - 1No) have been booked on 29.06.2026 by Mr. Velappan at Nagercoil

Among the above two parcels, only one parcel was received today morning (Box - 1No)

Till now, the other parcel has not been delivered to me

Not Initiating Refund for more than 50 Days of waiting

My experience with Rathimeena Travels has been nothing short of a nightmare. I booked three bus tickets and, unfortunately, had to cancel them. Getting a refund has turned into an agonizing ordeal. When I reached out to the solution provider, Ezeeinfo Solution, they claimed to have sent the refund to Rathimeena. Cancellation - rescheduled tickets

I booked a ticket from Chennai through online and again rescheduled the date to 26August 2023. RMTN8HEJY431. Later my trip was cancelled. So I tried to cancel my ticket through their website where I booked but shocked to find that I cannot cancel my ticket....

Parcel Service

I initiated the parcel service on 11/JAN/2023 @their Koyambedu service center... They promised us within 24 OR 48 hrs it will be delivered to Tuticorin... It's 19th JAN still I haven't received my parcel when I reached out to them it's been a week time still I haven't got any proper update & tracked the parcel it shows still it is in Chennai

Why they have to give me a fake commitment & their customer service is pathetic and...

Regarding bike transport through parcel service

I have sent my bike from chidambaram to trivandrum through your parcel service and I received it 3 days later from the promised delivery date with a lot of damages on my bike. The vicer fixed in front is lost and lot of scratches and dents in bike such as clutch and brake levers, mud guard, silencer etc. and there are lot of blue scratch marks all over the bike. The handle bar got bent and clutch unit is downed and engine oil is completely...

Consignment Missing LR No-6949012

Dear sir,

We would like to bring to your notice that the consignment booked on[protected] is missing and has not yet reached the destination point.

We have already complained on the respective chennai and tuticorin offices and also shared photo of consignment through whatsapp.

The material is very urgently required and we request you to please deliver the consignment immediately or pay the cost...

kulasekharam office man behaving rude to the customer

How the Rathimeena is posting this kind if poeples to the office.Shame on u Rathimeena parcel Managenment.
I already update to all the matter from begning to end to the Kumbakonam Head office Staffs. Kumbakonam Manager also talk to me and promise me that ill take Action to the Concern Kulasekharam Office Staff...

Pls Take nesscessary action...

Our Supplier booked a technical product From chennai to Trichy on 25th March 2025. Totally 11 boxes.
But we received 10boxs only. 1 box is missing. Regularly we called and ask to this issue to the parcel department. Every time they told to us we will update you today or tomorrow But still they did not find out the parcel until now. its more than one month we follow them but no use.

    Booked from porur as 8.25 but bus is too late came by 9.30 and Pudukottai reach time is 2.10am but reached by 4.30 also very slow bus also dropped in bypass. There is no information that bus will not go bus stand. No intimation in website or anywhere. My suggestion to all is please don’t book rathimeena hereafter while comparing this alagappa travels and mrm travels mjmt travels are very best on time clear information will be provided to passengers. Worst service rathimeena

      I booked travels from Pondicherry to THIRUVARUR through RedBus app.
      Date of Travel & Boarding point: 02 May 2024, Indiragandhi Statue, Pondicherry at 1:30am. I was waiting the boarding point from 1:00am-2:45am. The bus didn't pick me. I tried to call the Driver several times, mobile number was switched off.. Moreover I couldn't trace the bus.
      I was really Worried about the poor response from Rathimeena Travels.
      Finally I got national travels bus to Reach Nagapattinam. Now i am travelling to Thiruvarur from Nagapattinam.
      I am mentally disturbed because of this incident..
      Kindly I request you to Take immediate action over my Complaint..

        From Chennai to Ayakkaranpulam in NON AC upper slepper U1 I used UPI method for payment money Rs.665 was deducted from my account but the ticket was not confirmed.

                Bike from Chennai Velachery to Cuddalore not received yet. Parcel was booked on 31-10-23 till now that is 7-11-23 not received any parcel. When I went to Cuddalore rathimeena thet are asking to enquire at Velachery booking centre. In Velachery when I called stating that they have sent to koyambedu and u enquire at koyambedu.                   Parcel from Chennai to Cuddalore has been booked on 31-10-23.while I was tracking it came as parcel received at Cuddalore at 10am Saturday. When I called to the Cuddalore centre they told u can come and pick at any time . I went around 3 pm they are saying that my parcel not received yet and saying to contact Chennai where we booked my parcel. And at Velachery where we booked our parcel has sent to koyambedu (what was told at booking station) till now I didn't receive my parcel and don't know where it is 06-11-23

                    21.10.23 Chennai to Kumbakonam 9.40pm bus which I have travelled in which the seat was not upto the mark. pushback was not worked properly. Which gives me an unpleasant journey. I have not slept properly. Please consider and give me compensation for this.
