Ration Card — complaint for old ration card pending

Dear sir, i have applied for renewal of my ration card on 23/04/2016 but till date it could not generated, neither told me told me discrepancy nor it could be generated. Please look into the matter and help me this kind act. I am a widow and work as a labour. I have three children and they all student please help me.
