Ration Shop — Dealer not give ration on my card

I am from utterpradesh, hapur8, upera8 my dealer name savita dealer is not give राशन he said that ur card is old but i chacked my card on offecial website it is uploaded
i think dealer black my 3unit's 15kg राशन to another person at high rate because dealer gives alot of राशन to his friends and relative without card
sir please! please! please!
i am very poor i can't afford राशन at private plese solvethe problem and take action against him.
