Would like to highlight instance wherein one of bank's executive named neetu (Mobile no [protected]) alongwith male executive, vijay (Collection manager) misbehaved and used abusive/unprofessional language over the phone on 23rd oct. I am also attaching screen shot of chat exchanged and recording of our conversation wherein she used language bakwass kyu kar raha hai and aukat nahi hai. They kept on calling me continuously despite of having requested them to call me later in the day after checking their records as the payment was already made but they were not ready to listen to me and called me repeatedly.
I request you to take action against them and update me with the same. I need aplogy letter from them. As per my understanding bank is also part of bcsbi and none of your employees are supposed to use such an unprofessional/abusive language with any of the custommer.

I have paid 10000 more than the due on my credit card.
After a week I tried using with that credit card and been trying, but it’s getting declined saying technical error.
This is not the first time.
