I have booked the flat in gaurav discovery building j on april 16 and possession was promised on july 18. Work is done only up to 3 slabs as i have seen at the time of booking. Now there is no progress in the work. No one is telling the truth what is happening for not progressing the work. Pl. Provide me detail of procedure for getting the refund of money

Had lured many consumers in buying era & discovery projects at ekta nagar, & charkop, kandivili (W) mumbai. Project is in delay since 2014. Even sold projects to origin builder, who has office at 8th flr, vaibhav chambers, bkc, bandra (E) with new name as arise, le meridian without any intimation to us. Origin builders have taken over without liabilities and say had applied for rera, can they get rera registration

We only request you to check the records of ravi group builders, which are on hold and refund money of those stucked in the project with interest. Also request you to punish such builder with heavy penalties and imprisonment.

The builder had promised to give possession of the above building in dec 2014. The building has completed 2 floors out of 23 floors till april 2017 when i last visited, i came to know from other source that the construction has been stopped because they do not have the required permission. The builder always promises that they will get permission next month in 15 days so on and so forth. They are all a bunch of liars and thieves. How can such companies continue if they are not hand in glove with the government departments. I had asked for a refund with interest but no reply. Now they have come up with a new way of cheating people, they informed me that the buildings a and b will be completed this year end and they gave me an opetion to shift from f to a or b but of course the difference of the rate for the extra area to be paid as per current rate and also 5 lakhs for car parking and 80 percent of the construction cost. I have refused this. I am taking this case to lok adalat

Hi, i bought a flat in "gaurav aster" gaurav valley phase-2, mira road, behind gcc club, hatkesh, and i still didn't get all the facilities/infrastructure promised by the builder - ravi group.

In 2013, mbmc knocked down all the floors beyond 10th of all the wings - a, b, and c and since then the building works is on hold. Since then, i'm living on rent as the provided facilities are very poor and low in quality - no proper daily water, no garden, no roads, no paved parking space, etc.,

My question is if mbmc knocked down all the illegal floors then what is stopping them to approve the oc for this building (Considering all 10th floors are legal and cc approved). Atleast with approved oc, we could apply for water connection and form a society.

Why legal buyers are suffering. What's the point of government if they cant intervene and help us?

Ravi group has terribly failed to fulfill any cause under redevelopment agreement of Gaurav Enclave cooperative housing society Miraroad East Thane.

I am the owner of a flat b3/701.

They are intentionally not paying the rent and delaying the construction of the building since last 4 years.

All society members are suffering from very difficult situation. Most o[censored]s are paying loan emi and rent which keeps on increasing every year.

I humbly request you to please look in to the matter and help all o[censored]s to get our home back from the builder as soon as possible.

My name Shirish Ramesh mishra I have executed sale agreement on the 28th of December 2013 at Gaurav Discovery-ii building Gaurav wing-F 1 st floor flat no.102. I had incurred not only a financial loss but a loss of my time for your inefficacy. Over and above for your lapse of of Three and half years has result in ZERO. I had not received any response from your side after the several reminder letters for stop the construction of activities till today. Therefore it is once again humbly requested to kindly provide me with a details of the progress of works and date of compilation of building of the above mentioned works. please note that failing to comply your response of my letter which i will be constrained to initiate legal proceedings against you and your company in the court of law, entirely at your risk costs and consequences which you may please note.

B2/402 Gurav Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd. and state that this complaint is being summarily issued to you for non-payment of the monthly rent of my flat as per the re-development agreement made at Mumbai this 28th day of June two thousand Thirteen between Gaurav Enclave CHS Ltd V/S M/s Ravi Developer . I further state that even after several meeting with committee members and members held at builder office at kandivali in the presence of your Dirctor Shri Jayesh T. Shah had solemnly promised to clear all pending house rent dues to all members which was pending since one and half years. The builder and associates have miserably failed to honor his own written promise and construction of building on time at present the works progress is very slow which clearly indicates his unprofessional and criminal attitude towards our members and including me.I state that due to miserable failure of non-payment of rent at the terms and condition of redevelopment agreement, the builder has earned huge amount of monies of money from me and my society members by fraudulently earning crores of Rupees by way of interest and rent dues .Under the present circumstance I am once again call upon you through this complaint kindly realize my house rent with 10 % increase rent with interest all rightful dues. failing which I will be constrained to initiate legal proceeding against you and your company in the court of law, entirely at your risk, costs and consequences thereof which you may please note. I have booked flat in Gaurav Discovery malad west project. They told us the completion project by ending of current year, But I don't see any progress in the project. Kindly give me the suggestion for further action against builder.

No construction since Nov-2013. Every time builder / or his rep (Nimesh-BHAI) says it will start in 3 months. To assure you, they will send letter that construction will start soon. I got such letters.
In fact if you visit the Ravi Group web site, it doesn't even show the project listing.
Has anyone taken Ravi Group in court for this property?
As anyone file RTI, as to why approval is not provided?

I had booked the flat in Gaurav Discovery building no 2 on 13/11/2012 and subsequently I have paid all the instalments as per the demand made by builder M/s Ravi Group. I also paid for stilted parking slot Though the said flat was to be ready and possession is given before 2015, but construction work was halted at second floor level only. I have several times telephoned and was always informed that the work will commence shortly and in another 6-8 months time possession will be delivered and further my email have not been responded.
Now I wish to know as to the present status of the project. And when the construction will commence and when the builder will hand over the possession of the flat and, whether the builder has been following the provisions of Real Estate Act which is in operation at present.
I request you to take approtriate legal and other actions against the builder in the above matter

I have booked the 1bhk flat in Gaurav imperial goregaon east in September-2011 during soft launch of project. Afrer five years, they have not started the projects yet. However at the The time of booking they committed to complete the project within 3year.
Upon inquire, They're saying, project is in hold.

This is completely cheating.

What to do I can not understand.

I had purchased an O'General 1.5 ton AC from the following distributor. RAVI Electronics, Palakollu, West Godavari District. After 11 Months my A.C is did not cooling. I had complaint to the above distributor. The Distributor said need to filling the gas. He said that charges are applicable on warranty period and not responding, warranty is their buy date 24.04.2015. please rectify the my problem.

I have booked flat in gaurav samruddhi in dec 2010, when plinth was not even ready builder asked for payment, i argued with builder mean while i paid but in next demand letter builder started writting ineterst for late payment even though i waas paying on time, now in 2015, his demand letter showing late payment charges with interst and penality on interst which is unjustified. Once few months back builder representive asked me to pay advance amount to get removal ofinterst and penalities, i paid rs 2.25.000/ in advance, officer of ravi development signed on paper and all penalities remove but next demand letter for slab showed again same amount and penality on interst... But builders accounts section removes interst n signs but every new demand letter shows same penality increasing, builder is not ready to remove all interst and penalties from system.. Builder has delayed the project still no sign of possesion. Pls help

Recently i booked 1 bhk in gaurav samruddhi by giving token amount but now when i am applying for bank loan bank is denying by saying that we can't give loan as builder is blacklisted so kindly suggest me what should i do should i go ahead and buy the property or should i take the token amount back... kindly suggest

Ravi Group is one lousy builder, We booked our flat (Gaurav Discovery B wing 101) in 2012 they said Passation will be in 2014 at the time of booking, while registration the date changes to Dec 2015, now when i called them (NOV 2015) the date again got postponed to NOV 2016. We have been waiting to gat our house ready from last 2 years and paying rent. and the builder is so irresponsible that they don't even give you proper reason why passation date is getting delayed.

I have entered into registered agreement in 2015 with Ravi Group for a flat in "A" wing of Gaurav Discovery, Malad (West). 70% of the consideration amount has been paid .The possession was promised in July 2017.

Please check MAHARERA website for this project, It seems the possession has been promised after some 5 to 10 years. This is cheating. We need to do something.

I had booked a flat in June 2010 in Gaurav Samrudhhi Project.At the time of bookingof flat it was promised that possession will be given in 18 months. However, even after 5 years of my booking and making maximum payments, builder is not completing the work.

The work is stopped for last 6-7 months and builder is using our money.

If any body is from Gaurav Samruddhi, we can meet and register a complaint against...

As we are victim of ravi group cheating and criminal breach of trust crimes committed by them, as well as they r not responding to our statements,

We are writing the truth and we have documents to that effect.

The below is a email sent to them for their response.

We have been asked to take the interest only for 30 months as against 56 months that also in instalments,

Presently, rabindra rana has advised that the group does not have money and hence the same is not paid to you. ?

Request to take cognizance of our matter so that the others citizens of india who will not become a victim.

We have received threat also from them not to write to such true articles and nothing can be paid by others, if we want to settle then first to write to all agencies and then to ask for refund???,

Is this illegal approach and high headenss will serve the constitutional rights guranteed undee the constitution of india.

Pl. Carry out the information in the public interest as the same are evident from the websites

is that government or authority such as BMC or mira bhayendar mahanagar palika are looking in to, their bankers and tie up bankers are aware of these fraud.

i m very surprised, event the government is not aware of such cheaters in mumbai.

no authority check on them on such as repeater offender and having criminal mind as i have gathered information fm the Internet, they are bigger fraud than any body can do in real estate or no authority have concern for citizens of india.

I have booked flat in Guarav Residency, name of the building is “Aster” B wing, in June 2011. The registration of the flat was done in Aug 2011, I have paid some 10+ lacs which including registration, service taxes and payments to builder. The builder has promised for possession in Dec 2013, but due to legal issues builder is unable to provide the possession till date. I have tried approaching the builder several times by personal visits, phone calls and email, but there was no proper response from builder till date.

I have sent at least 73 emails till date, hardly they have responded to 4 emails.

Every time i call, they says concern person not available call after some time, even when they are in office.

They never want to give mobile numbers of concern person and it is almost impossible to reach them over landline.

Ravi Groups is very poor in customer service.

we had booked a flat in era project called valueta A wing.They had promised to complete plinth in November 14.It is seen that work of plinth has not been completed and no demand letter put for further constuction.Their care centre does not reply after several letters .Neither their executives .promoters, director respond to any query

I have booked a flat in your project about 5 years ago and still waiting for procession. As a human being, how can your owner (three Shah brothers) can cheat and eat hard earned money of common man for years? None of his past projects were clearly legal. Being a gujrati buinder this is unexpected from your side. If they cant wake up, we will make sure to take this issue to out Honerable PM (Modi) at the earliest. Please make sure to be in real estate business with some genuineness, from now onwards.
