I have seen Discovery project in Malad west near malwani but when I came to know this Ravi group project I decided not to go for it. Now Ravi Group and HDIL both has come up with joint venture project in Malad west buyer strictly keep away from this project. builder is big fraud, if you don't trust me check on google website you find many complains against Ravi group Builder.
