Cannot copy-paste on work environment application

How to copy paste on work environment application of Raylon Technologies? Copy / Paste operation is not working with standard keying. Also the right click is not working!

i took this project but after I realized that this is a fraud company. its work is totally fake. tell me what should do right now. i want to teach them a lesson.

i am working with raylon technologies from past 2 month, we have achieved our targets in first month and got the invoice cleared, but i will be really keen to know from you that why are you remarking this company as a fake company, please post more elaborate details, so that it helps all o[censored]s who are really working hard on the project, after i read this posting i called up raylon technologies in kolkata at[protected] and asked them about the posting, they said that they have never given the job to anyone called k cathy, please post your experience and mail id on the forum, which will really help everyone to know the truth

Average time to fill the online forms : 6 minutes per form
Avg loading and saving form delay time: 1 minute
Total time taken for single form : 7 minutes

Target to achieve: 125 minimum Target: 122.50 forms
Working Interval: 9 AM - 7 PM ( 10 Hours => 600 minutes ) Time Interval cannot be extended.

If you type in this rate of 7 minutes per form: 600/7 = 85 forms

We are looking for the vendors who are equipped with data operators with a speed of 40 words per minute or 200 characters per minute.

So if the typing speed is 40 words per minute ( approx 5 characters per character)

Then a form of 600 characters get filled up in 3 minute and another 12 sec for saving the filled form and downloading the new on time consumed by the server on the maximum time taken in consideration.

1 form needs 3.15 minutes
so in 1hr an operator will do 19 forms

the operational time on per day basis is 10 hrs
so productivity per system wise per day basis will come to 190 forms per day

for 24 days the total will be
190x24=4560

we are looking for only 2550forms per system per TAT

its very big cheating Company they will Give TAT 6666 per seat and they will give un reachable target and if target is not completed then termination fees will be 50000 per seat .In the Agreements it self mentioned clearly so don't sign in that agreements.Beware of this company dont take any one from this company MID project .

I want to know that when it is clearly written on their website in red color that they don't charge upfront/security/consultation/royalty, then how come you lost 3 lacs or anyone lost money???

TAT is different thing, target is different thing, there are people with the speed of 70-80 wpm, hire them. Rate is too high as per website i.e Rs.12/- Do hire grea typists, I think. Everybody saying target is un-achieveable thats why rate is Rs.12/- and target is 6666 forms/month/seat otherwise lots of projects are available with Rate 22/- and target 3500 forms/month/seat.

I think so, I am not working with them, just read your comments. I just got their website address to work with.

True. Raylon is a major fraud company. They distribute processes saying there are no upfronts but this is how they operate. If the center doesn't pay upfronts then they will have to work on their own servers and QC. Now a center can never do that. Raylon tells the center professionally that they will need to link up with the company server but its not possible to do so coz the access to the server is locked and no one can access it. The other option is to pay them. Then comes QC, same thing. Raylon's criterias are so tough that the center will not be able to withstand the parameters and to survive they will have to pay Raylon. This is a cheat company. And at the end they will send a notice saying that the contract has been breached and the center is liable to pay them penalties. If there is anyone who thinks this company is good and has good experience, i challenge them for a verification. Not just with words, but if you want to counter my views please come up with sufficient proofs.

I think you are stupid one. You are not a business men. If it so then definitely you should go for work quality not for billing. No one will pay you until unless reaching to their standard.

Instead of blaming them better blame yourself that you have not executed their work flow correctly.
I am working with them but I feel they are very much genuine compare to other BPO consultant.

You could run two shifts to achieve their targets and could deployed few qc guys to avoid mistakes.

People who feel cheated by this Raylon Technologies come together we will lodge a complaint against them and such other fraud companies in a joint PIL. I have already talked to my lawyer regarding this.

Just don't go with them. They say that there is no upfront! Really there is no upfront. In-fact there is no project with them. Ask them the authorization letter from the base company (in my case it was AT&T). Ask them 4 references (center names and contacts)

How they cheat?

You will sing the contract ( read that carefully)
you cannot escape after singing it.

The Optional Services from their quotation is the main business. They will purposely do the server break down and would ask you to get it fixed from your side. (from a certified VMware professional). You will pay them 25000 for server set-up because you will be not able to to do so. 10000 for data back-up .. because they will tell you the consequences of the TAT and contract. you will pay them. till training everything will work fine After training when you will go live, again your server will go down and you will be panic (as you have to complete the impossible TAT) . Now the will ask for Rs. 40000 for Server maintenance. You will pay them (you have to complete the IMPOSSIBLE TAT). Again some of your Agent machine will not work properly. They will ask for AMC for per computer.. 2000/ machine and at the end you will End up with huge loss and frustration.


I have been there office at Kolkata. So if you visit them just ask them to show the work how they do it? try to see the software and forms once before singing up.

They will say everything they have outsourced including server set-up, QC and maintenance work, etc. But they do it themselves. Their CentOS password they will not reveal to you. The Environment processor Local user name, Password they will not reveal to you.


My Friend. if they have the process They must have at-least 20 person working on the same project.
