Razor Pay — Razorpay Fraudulent Passport seva portal registered with you

When we tried to renew our passport, one of the website mislead us and we also paid the money Rs. 2499 through RazorPay on 2nd Dec 2020 at 9:45 pm IST.

Believing that it's an official website of Indian Passport Seva. Being awaited for a period of 2 months, we didn't receive any communication from Indian Passport Seva and we forward the same receipt of Razor Pay to passport.[protected]@mea.gov.in mail id.
But we have not received any communication from them.

Please do the justice and make sure my money as refunded as early as possible.

Please go through the fee receipt/acknowledgement received from Razor Pay.

Hello all,
We are from Coimbatore as we request a payment gateway in razor pay for pur new business but we submitted all our proofs and certificate and they given live key after verifying...we are new in this gateway so we recognized and we thought payment Gateway approved our live key..so we started collecting payment from client named Mrs.vijayalakshmi of amount 50000...only because razor pay approved our live key only we started payment getting from client but after payment debited from our client bank account our company bank account not get credited..we asked the razor pay gateway they asked someother explanation of business at end we canceled and requested that we are not using your gateway because at first you approved our business after that you were holding our amount and not crediting in our account...If any liabilities means at first itself you should informed us and terminate us its a rule but from Jan20 u terminated and given mail as 120 days charge back after that we will process your payment but we have waited so long but now 120 days got over on last sat day may22 but till Now no response from razor pay..we are asking our own money back we are doing or not doing business its our wish but at first you approved live key after only we stared payment collecting from one client...But we need not yo explain razor pay we need our amount holder in their un trust management I'm providing the images below with transaction number...eventhough we are responsible for our client so we transferred their own amount from our saving account but razoray holds our amount we need our amount we need not to explain anything to them they promised through customer call they will return after 120 days we trusted their words but they are fake in promising...
