I have received email from Razor pay,[protected], intimating my refund status, but the amount has not been credited to my account.

With Razorpay Instant Refunds, customer would ideally receive the refund in minutes, upon you initiating the same. But i have not received the same.

Hello all,
We are from Coimbatore as we request a payment gateway in razor pay for pur new business but we submitted all our proofs and certificate and they given live key after verifying...we are new in this gateway so we recognized and we thought payment Gateway approved our live key..so we started collecting payment from client named Mrs.vijayalakshmi of amount 50000...only because razor pay approved our live key only we started...

When we tried to renew our passport, one of the website mislead us and we also paid the money Rs. 2499 through RazorPay on 2nd Dec 2020 at 9:45 pm IST.

Believing that it's an official website of Indian Passport Seva. Being awaited for a period of 2 months, we didn't receive any communication from Indian Passport Seva and we forward the same receipt of Razor Pay to passport.[protected]@mea.gov.in mail id.
But we have not received...

I hve purchase a sharebk plan and I invested money according to the sharebk of 23770.
It cheated me scammed and runway took my money.

So I'm requesting to refund my money from razor pay please please...

I purchased share bk plan and invested money in that according to share bk agreement. From the date of rental bicycle investors will be provided rental services till 90 days, the daily earning is 1850 and the total amount is 1, 35, 000 and dint provide me services as promised. I invested me money in share bk economy because it connected to trusted gateway razor pay. So please refund my money to my account . Please help me to resolve this issue.

"From the date of rental bicycle investor will be provide rental services for the equipment purchased by shared bk.the less period is 90days.the daily profit is 160rs total profit is 3429rupees"
And didn't provide me services perfectly as it promised to me, but it cheated me and scammed and ranaway with my money...

"From the date of rental bicycle investors will provide rental services for the equipment perchased by shared bk. The less period is 90days, The daily profit is 15 rupees and the total profit is 1350".
Didn't provided the the services perfectly as it promised to me. But it cheated me and scammed and runway with my money . I invested my money in shared bk because of it is connected with trusted getaway of Razor pay. So please refund my money in my account as soon as possible.

I have attempted to book my ticket on the irctc app. My money for the same was deducted from my upi app, but ticket has not been generated. Irctc app shows transaction has failed from bank's end. I request refund. This is highly unreasonable and i am extremely dissatisfied. Kindly look into the matter soon. And initiate refund.
