Razorpay Northernanthes — I paid the amount but did not receive the product

I thought its safe because of Razorpay — Northernanthes. But they are cheating on me
I ordered a drone on your website and i also paid the amount through phonepe
And the amount also is debited from my account...
Give the product or refund my money back..
